- When you log in to the Product with your Email Microsoft/Google Account, you provide us with your account information including email address, user name, and profile picture.
- When initiating a support ticket (via app, email, or phone), your name, organization name, time zone, phone number, email address, account details, and shipping address may be requested and recorded.
- Additionally, when interacting with Lessn, you supply content and information that undergoes processing through advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.
Some information – such as IP address and/or browser and device characteristics – is collected automatically when you visit our Services.
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.
We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.

Currently, we do not share your personal data with any third parties other than application co-developers. If there is a need to share, we will notify you in advance and seek your authorization and consent. Third parties will only be able to access data that was collected by their respective applications based on their own privacy policies for applications. Lessn is not responsible for data collection by applications not owned or developed by OneScreen. For applications co-developed by OneScreen and a third party, OneScreen and the respective third party will both have access to data. However, that data will be secured against loss, theft, unauthorized use, access, or modification and will not be made available to any third party.
We will share your data outside of us if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation, or disclosure of the data is reasonably necessary to meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, or we need to disclose to exercise, establish, or defend our legal rights, or to protect your vital interests or those of any other person.
Also, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, we’ll continue to ensure the confidentiality of your data and give affected users notice before data is transferred or becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We may disclose your information where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding potential violations of our policies, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person, and illegal activities, or as evidence in litigation in which we are involved.
When you use the third-party social login or cloud storage service through Lessn Account (only apply to the use of Lessn Account system), we will collect your Google/Microsoft account information, including your registered email address, user name, and email verification information, for the sake of user identity verification. In no event shall we store or use your Google account information or cloud storage resources unless at your command.
Lessn offers users the functionality to export presentations to Google Presentations, ensuring secure storage of the resulting presentations within their Google Drive. It’s essential to highlight that Lessn does not undertake the management of editing or deletion of these presentations exported to your drive. The strategic utilization of these APIs underscores Lessn’s commitment to maintaining a robust platform for exporting presentations while prioritizing data security and fostering smooth user interactions within the Google Drive and Google Forms environments.
Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs within Lessn Account to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use Requirements.
We securely store your data at our global server in the USA, and we will take all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that your personal data is treated securely and protected against loss, theft, and unauthorized use, access, or modification.
We store your data until it is no longer necessary to provide our services or until your account is deleted—whichever comes first. Once this situation occurs, we will delete and anonymize your data.
However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%. In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and, where appropriate, notify you and/or the authorities.
We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

You can control your personal information that we collect and process. You have certain choices about how we use your personal information. In particular:
Promotional Communications: You can opt out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the instructions in those emails. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations. Delete your account: If you choose to delete your account:- All information regarding your account and settings will be permanently deleted. For legal reasons, we will retain only your email address and billing history.
- You will not be able to retrieve your account.
- The account will be deleted immediately for free or trial subscriptions, but for paid subscriptions, it will be deleted after the billing period ends.
- No refund will be claimed.
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13. By using the services, you acknowledge that you are at least 13 or that you are a parent or guardian of such a child and provide consent for such child's use of the services.
Our Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. If you are under 13, please do not send any personal information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under the age of 13 may provide any personal information to us or on the Services.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Nonetheless, please note that under California law, you have the right to direct a business that does sell your personal information to third parties to stop the sale of that information.
Lessn will deliver the personal information you request through the same means that the request was received. Lessn is not required to provide your personal information to you more than twice in a 12-month period.
Subject to Lessn’s receipt of a verifiable request, you have the right to request that Lessn delete any of your personal information. However, there are a number of exceptions to this requirement under applicable law. Lessn may retain a consumer’s personal information if the retention is necessary to:
- Complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected;
- Provide a good or service requested by the consumer or reasonably anticipated by the business relationship;
- Perform under a contract with the consumer;
- Detect security incidents, or protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent or illegal activity (or prosecute those responsible);

You may make a request to know or a request to delete your personal information through an authorized agent. In order to make such a request, the agent must submit proof of your written permission to serve as your authorized agent and provide satisfactory verification of their own identity.
In order for Lessn to process your request to delete or provide you with details of your personal information, Lessn must be able to verify that you are the person making the request. Therefore, we will need to get some information from you before we can process your request.
